Refreshing Watermelon Electrolyte Juice

A hydrating and delicious watermelon juice, perfect for summer days, enhanced with coconut water and lime.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep the watermelon by cutting it into manageable chunks.
  2. Place the watermelon cubes into a blender with coconut water and lime juice.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, if desired, to remove pulp.
  5. Stir in sea salt and adjust seasoning to taste.
  6. Pour the juice into glasses filled with ice cubes.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.

Notes

This refreshing juice can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. Adjust sweetness as needed.
