A refreshing smoothie that combines frozen mango, pineapple, and creamy Greek yogurt for a taste of the tropics.

  • 1 cup of frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana (preferably ripe)
  • 1 cup of coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds (optional)
  • A handful of ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Add frozen mango chunks and pineapple to the blender.
  3. Incorporate the ripe banana, coconut milk, and Greek yogurt.
  4. Blend on medium speed and gradually increase to high until creamy and smooth.
  5. Check the consistency, and add more coconut milk or water if needed.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  7. Serve in a glass, garnished with extra chia seeds or fresh fruit if you like.

Notes
