Tropical Pineapple, Mango & Orange Smoothie

A refreshing and delicious smoothie made with tropical fruits that brings the taste of sunshine to your day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 2 small carrots, chopped (about ½ cup, optional)
  • 6 oz pineapple Greek yogurt
  • ½ to ¾ cup mango–orange juice

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Add fruits to the blender.
  3. Add yogurt.
  4. Pour in the juice.
  5. Blend it all together.
  6. Taste test time!
  7. Serve it up.
