  • 1 cup barbecue sauce (no sugar added if possible)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Prep the Slow Cooker: Place your slow cooker on a stable surface. Add the boneless, skinless chicken breasts straight into the slow cooker.
  2. Mix the Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine the barbecue sauce and chicken broth. Add smoked paprika and stir until well-blended.
  3. Pour the Sauce: Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker and gently toss to coat.
  4. Slow Cook Away: Cover the slow cooker with its lid, set to low, and let it cook for 6-8 hours (or 3-4 on high).
  5. Shred the Chicken: Remove the chicken breasts and shred them using two forks.
